• Sorry we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, P.R., or Canada.

• Our factory supplies to major pet supply retail chains in the world. Our customers are very happy at our products. However, if you are, for any reason, not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item within 10 days of receiving it.
• We will refund you the full purchasing price minus the initial shipping cost.
• Merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. No restocking fee. Customer will be responsible for any shipping charges to return the item(s) to us unless you receive an incorrect or damaged item.
• Damaged or defective item will be replaced for free.
• All discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of receipt of your order.
